The most important part of a home transaction is hiring the right professionals. The last thing you want in your Real Estate transaction is a screw-up.

For many people the purchase or sale of a home is a rare event. Most only do it 3 or 4 times in their lifetime so understanding the nuances and protocols is unfamiliar terrain.

You need to have good people at your disposal. The problem is that because you do it so seldom and only require their sevices periodically how is one to know who is good until the process is over.

I have endeavoured to take the guesswork and uncertainty out of finding the people you are going to need to successfully close your transaction.

Over the years I have encountered some very good people and some I wouldn't recommend to my mother-in-law.
